How to Make a Booking

Below is a step-by-step guide to assist with making a booking online with the Sydney 2009 World Masters Games Travel Office. Please review the Terms and Conditions before making your booking.

1. Go to Venue Locations & Accommodation Hubs for information on the location of your sport and surrounding accommodation.
2. Go to the Search and Book Accommodation page, enter your arrival and departure dates*.
3. Select your preferred accommodation option.
4. To book the selected accommodation, add the item to your Shopping Cart.
5. To book additional rooms/apartments you can adjust the quantity of rooms within the Shopping Cart.
6. To book additional properties, repeat steps 1 to 5**.

* Online accommodation bookings are available from 8 - 18 October 2009 inclusive, with a minimum three-night stay applying to all bookings unless indicated otherwise. For booking requests outside these dates, please contact us directly

** A maximum of five rooms are available for purchase online contact us if you require more than five.
